Higher Education and Degree Level Apprenticeships

This is a good mix of industries to help our students discover future career paths. All the companies above offer Apprenticeships and in many cases degree level apprenticeships. However, if you are not sure about your options or how the new apprenticeships work, West Herts College and the University of Hertfordshire will be able to give you plenty of valuable information.

Careers Advice

In addition Youth Connexions will be on hand to give students some general career advice and Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce will be running a CV clinic.  It is a good chance to get some independent industry advice on what employers look for.

Work-Based Learning

Enrolling on the Work-Based Learning Programme can help to start your career. Many of the companies exhibiting will be taking Work-Based Learning Students next year. Come and talk to students from this year and find out how you can get a head start in your career.

Work-Based Learning and Osborne Properties will also be presenting a case study on how it has helped students get an apprenticeship in the trades. This will be at 5.00pm and students are welcome to bring their parents.
